Using TarotDaily
By using TarotDaily, you agree to these terms. TarotDaily is a web application that provides tarot card readings for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.
TarotDaily offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier includes unlimited 3-card Major Arcana readings, while premium features require a paid subscription.
What You Can Do
- Use TarotDaily for personal entertainment and reflection
- Create an account to save preferences
- Share your readings on social media
- Contact us with questions or feedback
What You Can't Do
- Use TarotDaily for anything illegal
- Try to hack or break the service
- Copy our content without permission
- Spam or abuse the service
- Pretend to be someone else
Payments and Subscriptions
TarotDaily offers both free and premium subscription tiers:
- Free Tier: 3-card Major Arcana spreads, unlimited daily readings
- Premium Tier: $5.99/month for advanced spreads, history storage, and interactive features
Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are processed through our secure payment processor and renew automatically
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- No refunds for partial months or unused time after cancellation
- We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing users
- All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes
- Premium features are provided "as available" and may be modified or discontinued
Billing & Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Your statement may show Lemon Squeezy as the seller. Sales tax/VAT is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy where required. Invoices and receipts are provided by Lemon Squeezy.

You can cancel, pause, update payment methods, and download invoices anytime in our Customer Portal: https://tarotdaily.lemonsqueezy.com/billing
Refund Policy
We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis:
- Technical issues: Refund may be provided if the service is completely unusable due to technical problems on our end
- Billing errors: Refund for duplicate charges or clear billing mistakes
- Service unavailability: Refund if premium features are unavailable for extended periods (7+ days)
- Account cancellation: No refunds for partial months or unused time
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge. We reserve the right to deny refunds at our discretion. Note: Lemon Squeezy may issue refunds within 60 days to prevent chargebacks per their platform policies. For billing issues or payment problems, contact our payment processor's support team directly.
Service Availability
TarotDaily is hosted on Vercel and uses Supabase for backend services. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime or continuous availability
- Uninterrupted access to all features
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
- Access during maintenance or updates
We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance and work to minimize service disruptions.
Technical Requirements
To use TarotDaily effectively, you need:
- A modern web browser with JavaScript enabled
- Stable internet connection
- Device capable of running web applications
- Acceptance of cookies for essential functionality
Premium features may have additional requirements. We're not responsible for technical issues on your end.
Advertising
We may show advertisements to support TarotDaily. We're not responsible for advertiser content or what happens when you click on ads.
Important Disclaimer
TarotDaily is for entertainment and personal reflection only. It's not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, etc.). Don't make important life decisions based solely on tarot readings.
Our Rights
We can:
- Update TarotDaily and these terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Remove content that violates our policies
- Stop providing the service (with reasonable notice)
Limitations and Disclaimers
TarotDaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of third-party rights
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy of tarot interpretations or readings
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Your Content
If you share content through TarotDaily (like social media posts), you give us permission to display and share that content as part of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
